Privacy and Data Protection

WES Services is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect specific information from prospective individuals seeking immigration through various programs. This information is gathered through telephonic or face-to-face interactions and is used to meet the needs of our applicants. We adhere to a strict data protection policy to ensure the security of all credentials at all levels.

  • Data Security: All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties. Payments are processed exclusively through our payment processing agent, and we do not retain any personal or credit card information beyond payment details.
  • Confidentiality: Any information, documents, or other materials provided by the candidate will be kept confidential. Information and documents will only be shared with third parties essential for the immigration process, such as government bodies, visa immigration departments, and case officers. We only collect and retain your name, contact details, delivery details, and email address, which are kept strictly confidential.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: Clients are not eligible for a refund if they choose to end their agreement with WES Services before the submission of their immigration or visa application.
  • Understanding and Agreement: By making a purchase, clients confirm that they have read and understood all terms and conditions.
  • Cancellation: Clients may cancel or withdraw their application at any stage of the process without claiming a refund from the company, even immediately after signing the contract. The COMPANY will not issue refunds once the agreement is signed, as all information and process details have been explained in good faith and as per the existing rules and regulations of the respective country.
  • Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for any misrepresentation or fraudulent information provided in the application package. Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
      • Failure to meet medical requirements
      • Having a criminal record
      • Insufficient proficiency in the English language
      • Inability to provide relevant documents as required
      • Changes in criteria or regulations by the respective government
      • Misleading information, insufficient funds, or lost points due to education or work experience issues
      • Non-submission of complete/required documents within the stipulated time
      • Non-cooperation from the client or dependents
      • Any other contractual violations
  • Special Considerations: Refunds may be considered only under special circumstances, contrary to WES Services’ standard terms and conditions. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 90 working days at the sole discretion of WES Services’ legal team.
