Refund Policy for WES Services
Clients of WES Services may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Incorrect Advice: If the client received incorrect or untruthful advice regarding their application or case, which directly led to a negative decision.
- Failure Due to Misguidance: If the client is unable to obtain a visa or migrate due to misguidance provided by WES Services.
Refund Conditions:
- Termination of Agreement: Clients will not be issued a refund if they choose to end their agreement with WES Services before the submission of their immigration or visa application.
- Issuance of Refund: Refunds will only be processed once a negative decision has been issued
by the relevant governing body. - Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
